Not yet available for Rennes, and why

Air temperature and the daily hot to cool swing, per neighbourhood. The global climate products that cover France resolve Rennes to about five distinct values across the whole city, and its 30 to 100 m of relief is too flat for terrain downscaling to beat its own error bar. A single city-level figure is planned instead of a map that would look informative and not be.
Air conditioning prevalence. No survey publishes it below national level for France. The San Diego figure comes from a US-only model and is not carried over.
Rent per neighbourhood. The official rent observatory publishes three zones inside Rennes, not one figure per IRIS, so buy versus rent is not shown yet.
Microclimate zones. San Diego's zones are built on distance to the sea; the nearest Rennes commune is 36 km inland, so they would put every neighbourhood in one class. A Rennes-specific scheme has not been built.
Green space and fine particulate matter (PM2.5). The source data is downloaded; the per-neighbourhood layers are the next step.
